Our Beginning

Why Compression?

Compression gear boosts performance and speeds recovery — but not all compression is created equally. During training, graduated or targeted compression (like calf sleeves) supports muscles and injuries while improving circulation. Post-session, that same graduated pressure helps flush out waste like lactic acid and accelerates muscle repair. A little lactic acid helps — too much drags you down.
